Moringa; from the Himalayas to your well-being
Moringa oleifera , a tree native to the southern Himalayas, is considered a superfood due to its potent nutritional and energy content , as well as its countless benefits for human health and well-being. It has been called the tree of life and the tree of miracles. Its cultivation has spread to tropical, subtropical, and semi-arid regions worldwide, and accounts of its beneficial properties date back to antiquity.
